The team’s planning for a unique but promising business to do in 2019

“My Chef Application”

At present there are many startup companies that provide various kinds of services to the public, and that really helps the community in carrying out various activities. This, makes us increasingly challenged in providing other unique services, which have not been thought of by other companies, which of course this service is very useful for the community. Thus, the application "My Chef" will be inspired by our company. This application was made to facilitate the community, especially housewives. This application is very helpful for housewives in terms of cooking. For mothers who are going to hold a large enough event that needs help from others such as social gathering, family events, they can use the My Chef application.

This application itself provides provisioning services for experienced chefs in a variety of cooking menus that will help the application users to cook. Users can easily choose the type of cuisine they want to cook, such as Indonesian cuisine, Western, East Asia, American. From the types of choices that the user has chosen, an experienced chef will appear that matches the choice of the desired type of cuisine. As well as users can choose how many Chefs are needed to help them. Users can use the My Chef application for a maximum of 5 hours before the event takes place. Rates offered are based on the work time that the chef will take.

This application is very useful for users, because by using the My Chef application, users can keep an eye on all ingredients until the cooking process directly, so users do not need to worry about cleanliness, and the ingredients used in the cooking.

This My Chef  application is very feasible to develop, this application will greatly benefit many parties, both from the developer, shareholders and users. In this case, the developer, the company will benefit greatly because this application will be the first application that will provide services in this field. Shareholders will also benefit greatly, because if this application gets good feedback from the community, it will increase the value of the company, which will increase the dividends they will receive. With the development of the My Chef application, it will certainly be able to provide benefits to many parties.

“Suggesting a New Businesses to be Operate to Gain Competitive Advantage”

Eko     : Our first business which will be the 2019 trand is MOS (mobile supermarket). The advantages are time efficiency, shopping becomes faster, practical, and economical, easier to find products that are sought, and no longer need to queue up when paying

Rifan  : what if the buyer does not receive the order more than the waiting time because there are congestion problems on the trip?

Eko     : we will try as quickly as possible to send our customer orders.

Ayu     : Then our second business is hologram interview. The advantages are time efficiency and cost of interviewing so it doesn't feel tense because it's done at home, saves expenses for accommodation or accommodation, for places to be flexible, and no longer need to queue for interviews.

Olip     : what if the company does not have a hol as a result the place to apply for work is limited

Describing Business Trends in 2019

In millennial times like this, a business that will become a trend is a business that can facilitate and accelerate access or use of things. The business must be a business related to the digital era like now. According to our group there are 2 businesses that will become a trend in 2019. For the first one is MoS (Mobile Supermarket), the reason is because in the advanced era like now the mobility that occurs is very high so it makes it very difficult for us to get time to shop at supermarkets, while we ourselves need shopping to save on consumption budgets. Therefore, to answer this anxiety MoS was made to help people who want to keep shopping for their daily needs but don't want to bother going to supermarkets. Furthermore, the second HoI (Hologram Interview), the purpose of the Hologram Interview is to make it easier for job applicants who want to apply for work abroad or outside the city but because of the limited distance makes it difficult to access the place. Then we launched the Hologram Interview to make it easier for job applicants to get jobs and make work contracts. So when they have been accepted they can leave to settle in the workplace.

What makes it a trend compared to the previous year we will explain through this table:

To use it, select the desired product, select the required quantity, then go to the basket menu, then make a payment, select the payment method menu, then pay the nominal stated. And finally just waiting for 1 hour for shipping the shopping we need.

Next, the second way to operate HoI (Hologram Interview) is to first buy the HoI machine on the JohnCorp.com Website or you can go to the HoI store closest to where you live, after you have HoI plug the HoI cable into the outlet so that the electric current and HoI can be used. after that, press the power button, then the cellphone number is available so that the HoI machine can recognize the user, then stand right in front of the HoI machine when you get a call, then you will be projected directly by the HoI engine. Don't forget to be sure again the company that is being applied must have the HoI machine.

The advantage that is gained from the MoS application is that the time obtained for shopping is relatively short, we don't need to bother looking for the desired item or the availability of goods, there is no need to queue when shopping, saving accommodation costs.

And the advantage of HoI that can be obtained is that it saves money because there is no need to rent accommodation or spend travel costs when applying for jobs outside of other cities or countries, interviews are more flexible, relaxed and calm than before, no longer need to queue for interviews.
