“Making and Responding
to Suggestion In A Meeting”
To be able to order desired products, customers can access
our website at www.bukatoko.com and can also through our application “Bukatoko”,
which can be downloaded in appstore and google play. After that, the customer
must sign up first by filling in some of the customer's personal data, such as
name, address, telephone number and email address. The data will be used to
process the purchase order made by the customers. Then customers can directly choose
the products they want, customers can immediately send confirmation of product
orders. And the order will be processed by us directly.
For the process of shipping products that have been ordered,
customers can choose one of several shipping company choices that will later
deliver your products. Customers
can also choose the estimated day of delivery of their products. If customers
want the product to arrive faster to them, they can choose the "EXPRESS"
option, and the product will arrive to them within 2 working days after the
order process. Of course this "Express" option will result in higher
shipping costs.
And if the customers doesn't want to be charged by a higher
shipping fee, the customers can choose the "NORMAL" option. The
product will arrive to consumers no later than 7 working days after the order
has been processed.
For the future, every time something is done, something
undesirable happens, as well as in the business world. For that we have several
ways / solutions that can be done if in the future there are problems in terms
of shipping and products ordered that occur to customers when making product
purchases in our company, as follows:

Prediction : Products ordered by customers are
received in a damaged condition.
Anticipation : Offer insurance costs that will protect
customer products in the event of damage.

Prediction : Products ordered do not arrive within
7 working days.
Anticipation : We
will advise customers to check with the nearest freight forwarding center

Prediction : Products received by customers do not
match what has been ordered.
Antisipation : The
company will send the product back, which is in accordance with the order
desired by the customer. With several conditions that must be fulfills.
1. Claim process no more than 7 days
after the product is received by the customers.
2. Product tag labels have not been
removed.
If both of these conditions can be met, the company will
immediately process the product delivery back to the customers.
After the product ordered has been received by the customer,
the customer can provide a review of the items they have ordered in the
comments column provided on our website and application. In addition to
providing reviews, customers can also give their criticisms and suggestions to
us in terms of products and services. And as much as possible we will respond
to the criticism and suggestions that they give us well.
