“Giving A Formal Presentation”

Eko      : Here I will explain a very innovative idea that will be the first in Indonesia. In the rapid development of technology in the current era of globalization has provided many benefits in progress in various aspects of life. Like a new modern technology that will be developed by PT ECO JAYA, which is a anti-sleepy motorbike. With the production of this motorbike, it is expected to reduce the number of motorbike accidents that occur a lot, which is caused by sleepy motorbike users.

This anti-sleepy motorbike will later be supported by a supporting device namely a helmet. The helmet will be used to detect the level of awareness of motorcycle users. This helmet will be connected to the engine on the motorbike. This motorbike will be produced with super modern technology that will greatly facilitate motorbike users. Here are some features offered by the anti-sleepy motorbike, like : Electric Shock Feature, Auto Pilot Feature, Extra Battery, Digital GPS.

Olivia   : Sorry Mr. can i ask something ??

Eko      : Yes, sure.

Olivia   : How does the anti-sleepy motorbike work ??

Eko      : With a support helmet that will detect eye blinks from motorcycle users, if when the motorbike is used and there is no activity flashing within 5 seconds of a motorcycle user, the motor will automatically release the electric shock feature, this electric shock feature will emit a vibration sensation on the bike motorbike that will increase the level of awareness of motorcycle users.

Ayu      : What about the amount of time needed to charge a battery on an anti-sleepy motorcycle ?? And how many hours is estimated that the anti-sleepy motorbike can be used if using an extra battery ??

Eko      : For the duration of charging the anti-drowsy motorbike for around 4 hours, it can be used for around 5 hours of use.

Rifan   :  Approximately what price is offered for this an anti-sleepy motorbike ??

Eko      : For the first launching price of this anti-sleepy motorbike, it will be priced around Rp 25,000,000.

            Because the anti-sleepy motorbike is produced using sophisticated technology, it cannot be denied that the price offered for this anti-sleepy motorbike is in the range of Rp. 25,000,000 per unit. Because the price offered is quite high for every unit of this anti-sleepy motorbike, the target market is a middle-upper class society. For the initial launch, we will produce around 10,000 units. With the production of anti-sleepy motorbike, it is expected to provide benefits for the company around 5%.

“Controlling the Discussion In A Meeting”

Ayu (Supervisor)         : Based on the sales report of the last 3 months, it was concluded that we experienced a decline in sales every month. Olivia                          : What if we expand our sales target ?? For example, we can do endorsement advertisements to artists who are currently popular.           

Ayu                              : It's a pretty good idea, considering that currently endorsing artists can be said to be the most effective advertisement for a business. For the artist, does anyone have a suggestion who we can make as a model ??

Olivia                          : What if we choose Joy Olivia as our model ?? At present she is very popular among young people.

Rifan                           : I strongly agree with the endorse advertising method, but I disagree with the artist being used as the model, even though Joy Olivia is currently very popular, but she is popular with a bad reputation, and she has many haters. And if we choose her as our endorsement model, there is a possibility that it can make our company's reputation decline. I think Irene Alexander is very suitable to be the endorse model of our company, she has a very good image and she has almost no haters.

Ayu                              : Absolutely right, it will be worse if our company's reputation decreases. In that case, we agreed to choose Irene Alexander to become our company's endorsement advertising model.

Eko                              : Sorry Miss, I don’t agree with the endorse method that is used as an advertisement for our company. Because not everyone has social media. I prefer if we do television advertising, because almost all people in Indonesia definitely have television.

Ayu                              : It is true that if we do advertising through television, we can reach almost all levels of society, but advertising on television requires a high cost compared to endorse advertising. Moreover, we are targeting young people to become our sales target, which in fact definitely has social media. So, it's better if we use endorse as our company's advertising method.

“Making and Responding to Suggestion In A Meeting”

To be able to order desired products, customers can access our website at www.bukatoko.com and can also through our application “Bukatoko”, which can be downloaded in appstore and google play. After that, the customer must sign up first by filling in some of the customer's personal data, such as name, address, telephone number and email address. The data will be used to process the purchase order made by the customers. Then customers can directly choose the products they want, customers can immediately send confirmation of product orders. And the order will be processed by us directly.

For the process of shipping products that have been ordered, customers can choose one of several shipping company choices that will later deliver your products. Customers can also choose the estimated day of delivery of their products. If customers want the product to arrive faster to them, they can choose the "EXPRESS" option, and the product will arrive to them within 2 working days after the order process. Of course this "Express" option will result in higher shipping costs.

And if the customers doesn't want to be charged by a higher shipping fee, the customers can choose the "NORMAL" option. The product will arrive to consumers no later than 7 working days after the order has been processed.

For the future, every time something is done, something undesirable happens, as well as in the business world. For that we have several ways / solutions that can be done if in the future there are problems in terms of shipping and products ordered that occur to customers when making product purchases in our company, as follows:

a.      Prediction        : Products ordered by customers are received in a damaged condition.

Anticipation    : Offer insurance costs that will protect customer products in the event of damage.

b.      Prediction        : Products ordered do not arrive within 7 working days.

Anticipation    : We will advise customers to check with the nearest freight forwarding center

c.       Prediction        : Products received by customers do not match what has been ordered.

Antisipation    : The company will send the product back, which is in accordance with the order desired by the customer. With several conditions that must be fulfills.

1.    Claim process no more than 7 days after the product is received by the customers.

2.    Product tag labels have not been removed.

If both of these conditions can be met, the company will immediately process the product delivery back to the customers.

After the product ordered has been received by the customer, the customer can provide a review of the items they have ordered in the comments column provided on our website and application. In addition to providing reviews, customers can also give their criticisms and suggestions to us in terms of products and services. And as much as possible we will respond to the criticism and suggestions that they give us well.
